Costcuttersrus fully support all of our products.

We use Tracking Numbers on every order that we dispatch so if your item has not arrived but tracking shows that it has been delivered then we will need to investigate prior to any replacement or a refund.

Please be aware. Costcuttersrus will not accept any claim for any reason if the claim is made more than 30 days after the product has been delivered. This 30 day period allows more than enough time to ensure there are absolutely no problems with the product and to make a claim if there is one.  

Please note. With the exception of the bottles containing ear drops, the bottles used by Costcuttersrus have a tamper evident cap.

Does the guarantee cover the effectiveness of the product? 

No. In all honesty, Costcuttersrus cannot provide a definite answer as to when you can expect to achieve results unfortunately as it depends upon numerous factors.
