Shipping worldwide delivery times

Order processing

All orders received by 12 noon, Monday to Friday are processed the same day. 

Orders received after 12 noon Monday to Friday are processed the next working day.

Orders received Saturday or Sunday are processed by the end of the next working day, as are orders received on public holidays.

Anyone ordering from a none EU country, please read the information here on taxes and duties.

PLEASE NOTE* Orders to all countries are shipped from the UK.

Orders to be shipped within the UK

These are sent by First Class post to usually arrive within 1 to 2 business days

Orders to countries outside the UK 

These are sent by First Class post

To countries in Europe, usually arrive within 4 to 6 business days.

To all other countries 7 to 10 working days on average but these time frames can differ, dependent upon the efficiency of the receiving country, where occassionally they can take up to 14 working days. 

 

Undelivered packages

In the rare event that a customers package cannot be be delivered due to an incorrect address being supplied by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any postal costs incurred by Costcuttersrus.
