For many years, businesses like Costcuttersrus have been selling fabulous holistic products, used and loved by thousands of people worldwide as proven by their positive reviews. (You can see our reviews if you click here.)  Unfortunately, over the last few years, organisations such as the FDA in the USA and the MHRA in the UK have been questioining holistic/psuedopharmaceutical/nutraceutical products more and more, while ignoring the positive scientific documentation that supports such products as well as the vast amount of positive reviews and feedback from people who have actually used and love such products. Which begs the question - why? After all, if such products are considered to be some sort of problem, why don’t they just ban them?

Because of this, more and more payment providers refuse to take credit/debit card payments from businesses such as ours or they charge excessive fees to process card payments, fees that would have to be passed on to customers with higher prices.  

The good news is that PayPal will process credit/debit card payments on our behalf, even for customers who do not have and do not want a PayPal account. These customers are treated as PayPal guests. 

We recognise that some customers would rather not use PayPal to make a card payment, that the card payment process with PayPal is a little laborious compared to other payment providers AND that during the PayPal payment process PayPal encourages customers to create a PayPal account which they have to opt out of doing - which is a nusiance to say the least! But as a means to and end, we would respectfully ask customers who intend to pay for their order with a card, for their kind pateince, tolerance and understanding in this matter.
